Thank you for participating in the Broadview Hts. Jr. Cavaliers Youth Basketball League. The Broadview Hts. Jr. Cavs Night at Quicken Loans Arena is scheduled for Saturday, February 11, 2012. The Cleveland Cavaliers will host the Philadelphia 76ers at 7:30 p.m. Private Court time has been reserved for your basketball league from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on the Cavaliers main court. Your Coach will announce your team’s arrival time for use of the Court pregame. Each Broadview Hts. Youth Basketball participant will receive two (2) complimentary tickets ($39 Loudville Center) to the game on Saturday, February 11, 2012. Additional tickets are available to family and friends for the discounted price of $20. If ordering additional seats, please note that these seats will be seated next to your complimentary Jr. Cavaliers seats. Ticket redemption forms and additional ticket requests must be submitted by Friday, January 20th.

Broadview Heights
CardioBoxing
Mondays 6:45PM-7:15PM
Set energizing music combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, CardioBoxing does not involve physical contact between competitors — the only thing on the “ropes” is stress!
Intervalocity
Wednesdays 6:30PM-7:15PM
Interval training mixes cardio activity and strength recovery for 3.5 minute to 1.5 minute ratios, just hit repeat for 45mins! Includes the use of Gliding Discs, Bands, Bands, Stability Balls, and Steps.
Yoga/Pilates
Wednesdays 7:15PM-8:00PM
A traditional Pilates matwork class followed by stretching for the mind, body and soul. Please bring a mat to class.
Zumba – Now part of our morning line-up, perfect workout for any age or fitness level!
Tuesday/Thursdays 6:45PM-7:30PM
Saturday 10:30AM-11:15AM
If you're looking for a fun way to shed pounds and tone up, your ticket to a slimmer figure may start with a Z. All Pass Class purchases/drop-ins must be made prior to class start. Please present valid Pass or drop-in receipt to instructor for admittance.
A valid Driver’s License or State Issued picture ID must be presented along with Valid 3 Month Unlimited AOK! Fitness Pass.
There are no refunds when a class is changed or cancelled. Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & CANNOT BE SHARED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 5-class pass valid 5 weeks, 10-class pass valid 10 weeks, 3-month unlimited pass valid 3 months from date of purchase.
